Calorie discrepancies

Apparently the labels on foods are very often wildly inaccurate as far as calories are concerned - and, of course, the listed calories are actually less than the true calorie count. It makes it very difficult to keep track

To offset this, I personally add a few more calories to meals/daily totals, just to be on the safe side. I also just add maybe 10 more mins of cardio when I go to the gym.
There's really no way of being 100% accurate on the numbers, so just use what's provided with a grain of salt.0 -
I tend to count my food high and my exercise low. So, if I have a tablespoon of something, I put in a little over and if I have an hour long DVD that I'm working out with, I'll put in 45 minutes...it seems to all balance!0
