Hello
This is week 6 of MFP and on average I have lost the correct amount of weight as set via my goals (albeit i did plateau a few weeks back for around 10 days). However, this week (leading up to the time my period is due) I have suddlenly dropped 3 pounds in 6 days which is double what my goal is per week. Any one else notice this leading up to their period? OR that they have sudden drops in weight for no particular reason?
Thank you

I always lose weight the day before my period. My bowels get a lot more active and I drop the water weight that I build up due to bloating. I normally take something for cramps before they start so that might have something to do with it too.0
