Hi everyone! I am new to MFP and just learning the ropes. I am a SAHM/returning student to 4 girls (8,7,4 and 2) I have decided once and for all that I need to get in gear and get this weight off. Last year I was successful at losing 35 lbs but gained most of it back once school started and I traded my running time for study time. I ran my first 2 half marathons in October and January and have signed up for another this October. Its time to shed abot 50-60 lbs so maybe I will knock a bunch of time off my run. I'm gonna need all the support I can get!!
