Need Advice for 50+ w/ physical limitations

I haven't exercised for months. Losing with low cal alone right now. I've got fibromyalgia, and arthiritis in my lower back. Used to walk 3-5 miles a day until I injured my knee/leg/foot in January. I really need to do something. No gym nearby. Any video ideas?

    I have issues that keep me out of the heavy exercising. Through the suggestions of my MFPs I now count my normal housekeeping. Walmart is .9 miles from my house and I now walk instead of driving and I pace myself through out the day and it ends up being about 2.5 miles if I do it 3 times a day, and about 3.5 miles if I do it 4 times a day. Small accomplishments!! Nice to be your friend!!
