A smile is the most beautiful curve on a woman's body...

I just hear that today, and I'm going to make this my NSV for today (cause this is one "curve" I can do something about and see results immediately :wink: ) and also I'm going to make this one of my "mind-sets" on this journey and add this "CURVE" to my daily exercising routine too:smooched: !!!

    Plus, when people smile at me (which they do a lot), it makes me feel, ummmmm, I dunno..."full" or something like that :bigsmile:

    Really, I LOVE this and another plus I'll be thinking about in connection with this is smiling may help my/our cheekbone muscles get all muscle-y and higher and slimmer too:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
