My weight loss stalled for a few weeks and I was beginning to lose hope a little...
Then last friday I said to myself 'I am going to lose four lbs this week', I have eaten chocolate, bread, hit the gym three times and what do ya know? Stood on the scales today ... BAM 4lbs lighter than last friday.
Im going to now tell myself I'll lose forty lbs this week and see how that goes ;-)

Lol! Wouldn't that be something if you could do that. I'd love to lose 40 lbs in a week.
I do think your mind set has a lot to do with it. I've been beating myself up lately over being stalled and I think that's why I'm still in this funk.0
