Water Consumption - how to log?

How do you log your water consumption on MFP? I know at the bottom of your food log you can log how many "glasses" of water you consume but do you count one when you drink 6 ounces? 8 ounces? 12 ounces? What exactly is a glass of water? Every ounce counts to me because I hate drinking water. I'm sure there are different answers on this. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

I consider a glass of water to be 8 oz. Hope this helps.

    1 cup = 8 ounces. = 237ml

I use a water bottle that's 500ml, I count that has 2 cups when I finish the bottle.

I also go by the 8oz rule for 1 glass. All my nalgenes have 4oz increments on the sides.

    Thanks all!

I've been drinking out of 12oz cup and always count that as just one but I guess from now on when I drink two of those I can count that as 3! Yipee!

I am with you as well on the water bottles, we live in the country and have to drink bottled water as we have a well.
