breaded chicken?

Hi ladies

I have been buying the purdue breaded chicken (baked for 160 cals)
It's pricey though..any alternatives?
I tried breading, baking my own but it just doesn't come out moist etc...I used to fry on the stove top with a little veggie oil

Any ideas?
