We went to a birthday party yesterday and 2 people there told me I looked great! I've only lost 5 pounds but I think my weight is shifting a little so I think I'm looking a little more toned. it was so nice to hear!

    Congrats on your 5 lbs lost. It is so nice to hear a compliment on what you are working so hard on. It also nice to hear that people do notice that you are lossing weight

    Isnt it wonderful, when you get compliments from others, especially when it comes from someone who rarely give peoples comliments
