First day using MFP and loving it!

I am excited about losing weight and doing it the right way. I gained 20lbs in the last 2yrs from eating whatever and not being active at all. I cut out certain foods starting in February and a month ago started exercising. This week I started with a personal trainer and he kicked my *kitten*. I am very happy and am looking forward to a new way of life. I have lost 7lbs so far and with MFP I hope to lose 15 more. I wish everyone the best with their changes. If anyone wants to chat let me know! I believe support helps us!

  • Im new here also, I have done the same thing except for a much longer time and gained a lot more....hopefully I will find support & motivation to change my life style.

    Welcome! I'm sorta new lol. But this sight has really helped me lose some. Gotta long way to go but I'm getting there. I like this site because it doesnt tell you what to eat or how to work out. You just keep track :smile: Feel free to add me! and Happy Loosing! :flowerforyou:
