Hey, I'm done with losing weight as I hit my goal of 150 recently. I actually went down to 145, but lately I've been enjoying myself and shot back up 5-6 pounds. It seems to be a problem lately. I've just joined back at the gym and am back to my old routine of working out. I eat around 2,200 calories a day to maintain (MFP says). With exercise, I burn anywhere from 600-800 a workout. Should I really be eating back all those calories? Or at least 3/4 of them? That would put my daily intake at almost 3,000. Is this ok?

It depends. If the 2200 calories don't include exercise calories, then you should eat some back. If 2200 includes the exercise, then no you wouldn't eat them back.0 -
My setting is set to maintain. MFP says eat 2,250 calories a day. When I add my exercise, it says my net would be (for example) 1,450 and I'd have 800 calories remaining.0
