OMG..my son in law made italian sausage and portabello mushrooms...
Ground Italian sausage...fry in skillet
add seasonings
add Philly Cream cheese
Mix all together and put inside mushrooms and put ithem in the oven...i was soooo in love...I never thought of italian sausage, cream cheese and mushrooms..
