What I used to Eat

My wife and I usually have discussions around the topic of what we both used to eat in a day compared to what we eat now so I figured Id just post a quick run down of my average daily caloric intake, Feel free to add yours or comment.
Morning: Sausage and Egg Mcdonald meal (I would get two eat one on the way to work and one when I got to work)
Morning snack: Big bowl of rasin bran crunch with 2% milk maybe some poptarts to go along witi it
Lunch: I would go out and get a Full Sub from a local Sub shop now I know it was 2,000 calories plus the xtra mayo and not counting the pop.
When I got home: 2 PB and J sandwichs boy do I love those of course with alot of PB and J.
Dinner: Whatever leftovers, Pizza, leftover chinese, taco bell
Evening: Icecream, cookies snacks whatever.
Granted this was not everyday but close too it now I look at this and think MY GOD its no wonder I was probably at least 6000 calories a day and of course a sedatary lifestyle.
Today
Oatmeal and yogurt for breakfeast -400 Cal
Lunch: 8 mile run
Afternoon snack: Bananna, Apple and another Yogurt
Before I head home maybe a protein bar and Muscle milk maybe not.
Dinner around 400 Cal
evening snack -various sometimes I still have a couple cups of ice cream or some cookies not as anal as I used to be.
The most on the average is 3,000 cal a day combine that with my run no issues. This does not even count the 3-5 miles I walk during the course of my work day. Sometimes I snack a bit too much in the evenings I really like the cineman honey roasted Almonds I can easily eat about 3 or 4oz and at 160 cal per ounce they add up real quick.
I still cant really believe how much I really ate but I was uninformed and im still learning thanks to MFP and another site I frequent often. Curious to see what others used to eat.

My husband and i figured the same thing on what i used to eat every single day.....Most of our lunches were out and most of our dinners were deep fried with southern veggies! 2500-5000 cals a day...my reg. lunch order at Mcdonalds is 1480 in cals....
