exercise issues

Hi,
I'm new here, and i know i need to exercise, but gyms are out for me. I just don't feel comfortable working out around other people. I also have Fibromyalgia and have to be very careful about overdoing exercise. Wlaking is my main source of exercise, and I've been doing it daily. But, I worry that i am not getting enough to help with weight loss and health. Anyone else in a similar situation? If so, what do you do about exercise?
