I love tuna salad, but prior to joining MFP, I doust it with mayo, etc. I was craving tuna salad today and here is the recipe I used - makes 2 servings:

1 can of tuna
1/2 hard boiled egg
1/4 roma tomato
1/2 dill pickle spear
1 - 2 tbsp miracle whip light
1 tbsp onion

Mix all together in a bowl and place atop a piece of toast (only 1 piece of bread and it will save you about 70 calories) Just eat with a fork like an open faced sandwich. Serve with fresh sliced tomatoes and celery sticks with salt and pepper.

Healthy life has bread with only 35 calories a slice, so if you want a two slice sandwich, try it. I love that it cuts the calories.

Wow...I didn't know that. I will definitely be looking for it. What store(s) carry it? I am fairly new to this and am still learning all the in's and out's. Thanks for the info.

You could also try it on a "Flat Out"...sort of like a wrap but only 90 calories and great fiber content. I use them all the time!

I get them at Wegmans here in NY.
