Okay, i started a year ago .... and stopped. Now I want to get started and I think if I start adding friends maybe I'll stick with it this time. I am about to turn 50, ugh that sounds so old and not at all what I feel, married for almost 27 years, have 4 kids and 3 grand kids. I want to lose about 70lbs. So here I go.....

Welcome!
You've made a good decision to start over. It's never too late.0 -
Hi! This will work for you if you are determined to make it work and stick to it. The food diary has been a great help to me. It has help to get under control all the mindless eating I was doing.I have found it challenging( in a good way)to change some of my recipes into healthier versions .Don't look at this as a diet. For me I don't have anything that I say I can't have. I just fit in my calorie goal. So you can add me as a friend if you want.0
