    I love it's suggestions - Eat a Real Apple or a Real Banana... i actually have a pop corn air pop corn popper ???? Did that even make sense. Anywho, I love frozen yogurt but haven't' had any in months. I am partial to my granola bars but I always check the fat and sugars :) Great post.

    well, yes, if they are served with that *****y creamy dressing. there is a local restaruant, the depot, that makes their caesar salads with olive oil and lemon juice as dressing! it is super yummy and not too bad for me! :)

    If you make your own granola, it's healthier and SUPER yummy! I think the problem is just that theres lots of hidden ingredients and sugar. I make my own and I love it so much more than store bought.

    i like to make my own trail mix. it's not super healthy, but i try to put lots of nuts and seeds in it...and then definitely pre-portion out!!
