Anyone want to share how you fidget to burn those few extra calories a day?

Some things I do:

1. When I pump gas, I step up and down on raised concrete where the pumps are. I look dumb. I don't care.

2. When my son plays tball, I give my 3-yr old twins "tasks" like hopping from one crack in the concrete to the next crack. I do these tasks with them.

3. Sometimes I run to and from my car, if I have comfortable shoes on, not heels, when I am going to and from work.

4. Of course, while I cook, I do squats and lunges and stuff like that.

Anyone else?

    Those are awesome! I twiddle my toes while I'm on the computer. Probably not much, but maybe helps a calorie or 2?

    I almost forgot, sometimes I do squats while my Sonicare toothbrush is brushing my teeth (2 minutes).

    During teeth time! I hadn't thought of that! Good one.

    Also, I car dance while I'm driving. Again, I don't care if I look like a crazy woman. My kids car dance with me. This is the only music time I get in the day, and it makes us all happy!
