Eating back calories?

My daily calorie intake is set to 1330, and I usually work out and burn between 200-300 calories at the gym every day. MyFitnessPal tells me to eat back these calories. Should I really be eating them back? Sometimes I feel hungry and want to eat them back and sometimes I dont. I could eat them back cause I can eat whenever, (what got me overweight in the first place lol) but it seems counter intuitive to eat when I am not hungry, the exact thing I am trying to teach myself not to do! Anyone have any suggestions? What do you do?
