So whats the go with sodium...I understand that too much salt is bad for you in general and everything needs to be balanced, and that we hold onto water if we have too much sodium - but does it prevent weightloss, or just appear to prevent weightloss as we hold onto water - but then eventually it will be flushed out and the scales will move ???

All I know is I hate retaining fluid because I retain spo much that it makes me look much bigger than I am and it is uncomfortable to bend knees ankles and fingers when I am retaining so I watch my sodium!:laugh:
