Hello All!
Today was a rainy day and on those days I lose my motivation to workout. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to get over that mentality??? I'm new to working out and I don't want to lose my motivation all together.
Any suggestions would be great!! Thanks!

Rainy where I am too. It was hard to keep motivated. Not sure if I have any suggestions but I made myself go to the gym even though I didn't want to and now I feel awesome. I guess the motivation is just think how good you will feel when you go get in the exercise. I feel so much more energized after working out.0

I have a 3.5 month old who is strictly breastfeed and a total mommys girl so right now its hard to go to the gym0
