Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner...

I know, you post it in your diary... but it's fun to share and everyone can check out what is *WORKING* for you!

    B- coffee, fruit, toast with cheese
    L - carrot soup, grilled chicken wrap
    D- Merguez sausage, spinach, onion, tomato & feta salad

    B - Kashi Island Vanilla Shredded Wheat, Skim Milk, and I had a small piece of homemade zucchini bread and butter before I left for work.

    L - 1/4 pound grilled hamburger, no cheese no bun, just burger. About a cup of sauteed zucchini in EVOO.

    D - Grilled Chicken, Broccoli, salad fresh from the garden with red wine vinegar.

    S - All natural tortilla chips and Newman's Own salsa.

    Coffee w. skim milk, tons of water, maybe half of a Diet Dr. Pepper, green tea

    B - generic bran flakes and a banana, 2% milk, and coffee with a dash of creamer - about 330 cals

    L - Aunt millies 12grain bread, low-fat chicken salad dressed wi/lettuce and tomato, a nectarine, and one peanut butter cookie - 395 cals

    D - Grilled salmon dry rubbed with thai pepper mix, a long skewer of grilled zuchinni/summer squash, and a cup of low fat cole slaw - 390 cals.

    my snacks are usually a hardboiled egg white, 10 mini-thin pretzels, and a peice of fruit, or a non-fat yogurt with flax mixed in and fruit, or a cracker with < a Tbsp of PB on it. each snack is between 100 and 155 cals, And I get 2-3 of those a day, depending on how late I work out.

    B- Porridge (you call it oat meal I think) 115cals

    L- Nikkys mexican chilli 365cals

    D- Vego pizza 550:embarassed:

    snacked on a no fat yoghurt and a skinny cow 1 diet coke and heaps of water, I was busy today, so didn't eat the best, but stayed within my limits by some miracle!:laugh: will promise to eat fruit tomorrow!:tongue:
