this is not a weight loss success story. i am still working towards my goals and fighting each day to do better then i did the day before. some days i lose the battle but i know i have the tools to win the war.

yesterday was my 30th day logging in and it got me thinking and i realized i have gone over 30 days without eating junk.
now i have not been perfect, i have had the sweets hard candies and gummie bears are my weakness.

but i have obstained from fried foods, chocolate, things coated in cheese and many other foods i never thought i could resist. granted the change in my diet was for my health, but the change in me is for me.

i know now that i can go without these foods, that the craving will pass and i dont have to give into it.
i feel stronger as i go on my path to getting healthy, i just need my body to catch up with my mind now, and soon you will be able to bounce a quarter off my.... well you get the idea

Excellent post!! No one is perfect and the fact that you are here is great ad even better that you have consistently been here for 30 days :) it take 21 days to form a habit.. Congrats you are on your way to obtaining your goals!!

I'm so with you, my body seems to have a different agenda but I liked what you said about having the tools/weapons to win the war. We'll get there, just go to be persistent and if we get bad days then we'll make the next one a much better one. Best of luck! We can do it!
