I agree with commando :]0

I love the nike tempo short with the built in underwear. So comfy!!0
-
Yeah, go without, I haven't managed to find a style that doesn't ride up yet.0
-
boy short works pretty well for me0
-
THONG0

I just found a pair of UnderArmour underwear at Marshall's that I love!! Also, Title 9 has some great options. (Not cotton, Spandex)0

commando! Nike running shorts have built in ones though0
-
THONG
Never done this, seems like epic wedgie doom xD0 -
Thongs work best for me. Briefs are the worst.0
-
Granny panties work for me. I can't stand commando. I have cotton fruit of the loom full briefs and they don't move at all. I no, not pretty, but I'm not at the gym to impress!0
-
I don't wear anything special, because I pretty much avoid any undies that ride up bad. But even if/when they do when running, I don't notice after the first few steps.0

i love boy shorts. also, under armour that comes with the built-in panties. NICE & comfy0

Thong or commando.0

Commando.
Or - if you'll willing to spring it...I LOVE lululemon's Tech wear. I really like the Techni-Thong and Techi-kini.

Pricy but it's good stuff! :]0 -
thong or commando
Commando is easier IMHO as I change my underwear after a workout, thus saving me some laundry0 -
Compression pants and no underwear. It really is more comfortable.0

Commando
^^^ This .... why wear any?0 -
Omg, I'm so surprised so many ladies are saying commando!
I thought I was the only one, LOL! :flowerforyou:0 -
A lot of running shorts out there already have built-in undies. Otherwise I actually like to wear spandex shorts as panties when I run!0
-
I usually go commando at the gym. I do have some of the Nike shorts with built-ins, and they are okay. When i wear undies, underarmour boy shorts seem to work the best.0

i love these threads!0

Pearl running shorts or skorts.
Compression and wicking all in one. Comfortable to go commando in because they are built for that purpose for triathletes.0 -

I agree with this. I bought a bunch for everyday workouts and running. It's just like wearing bloomers!
They don't move at all and are super soft.0 -
Commando. I can't stand wearing any kind of underwear when I workout.0

Patagonia - Not cheap, but soooo comfortable! I know REI carries them, but not sure where else to find them.
They come in bikini, hipsters, briefs and boy shorts. If they have thongs, I haven't seen them...0 -
I love these! Nike Pro Core II Compression shorts http://www.nike.com/nikeos/p/nikewomen/en_US/clothing?hf=10001^12002^4294967115&p=PWP&t=Women's Base Layer#?ll=en_US&ct=US&pid=440807&cid=101101&pgid=437998&p=PDP0
