Okay if I'm completely honest I don't see a very big difference in these pictures.

I started Insanity on my birthday and ended it a few days early (I did 3 workouts today).

Fit Test Results (Day 1 Compared to Day 63)
1. Switch Kicks: 40/116
2. Power Jacks: 30/50
3. Power Knees: 70/100
4. Power Jumps: 20/28
5. Globe Jumps: 6/9
6. Suicide Jumps: 12/18
7. Push-up Jacks: 14/40
8. Low Plank Oblique: 20/52

    haha!!!! I need to lose my stomach too lol but for now I'm glad about that, my butt is too too big LOL

    Remember, its 80% diet and 20% exercise. Just exercising isn't going to have you lose weight, what your putting into your body counts too and determines if your going to make progress.
