Feeling hungry after workout

Most days I go to a class after a light dinner. The classes go for about 60mins, When I get home I am always feeling hungry but I don't want to snack.
Should I be having some sort of protein shake or bar after a workout??
Someone told me to drink milk, but I think that would give me indegestion.
Any ideas?

How much do you eat daily and what are your macros set to?0

Yup, if your feeling hungry, eat something. A protein shake or some other high protein thing would be good.0

I usually have 12 oz. 1% milk, one scoop whey protien, 1 banana; blend and enjoy. Will fill you up and help your muscles repair. About 360 calories.0

I usually eat a serving of peanut butter and crackers or a 100calorie pack of nuts0

According to this site I am always under eating my calories.
On the days I go to the gym which is about 4 days a week, it says I have over 900 calories left. Other days around 300 or so.
I am not under eating.
Can I change it so it adjusts?
The whey protein, milk, and banana would be a good idea.0 -

I agree with protein shake and pretty much any fruit of your choice. Small chicken salad or soup_0
