Hi all. Hope you are wll. Seems like alot of women are on this site. That's ok...I like woman...I even married one:)

I like the site. I haven't used the mobile app yet but I will need to do that.

If anyone want to see what I am eating I made it public. Not sure how you do it but you are welcomed to if you know how.

I am really hitting it hard in the excercise department but I wasn't tracking what I ate and since I started doing that I have noticed a big difference. Sometimes I eat more than I think.

I am working out 5-6 days per week. Cross training with kick boxing, trx, some weights, jogging outside (im a bad jogger), some treadmill work, elipictical ( once in awhile) and a very little cycling. I am trying to mix it up so I don't burn out.

If anyone needs encouragement let me know...im good that way. I know I need it everyonce in awhile.

Good luck to everyone and don't forget to eat more smaller meals throughout the day. Also, have a green smoothie. Ask me how.

    Sounds like you have a good start already! Welcome. I'm fairly new here too. Had already lost some weight when I had joined, but wanted to clean up my eating habits. This site definitely has helped me out alot. Cheers!
