Syncing fitbit steps to get more calories

Before using my fitbit, I would put my exercises in manually. Like walking 60 minutes as 3.0 mph. Mowing the lawn...etc....
With fitbit it calculates my steps for the day. Like today, so far, I've gotten in 11652 steps. How do you calculate it into earned extra calories for exercising?
Thanks

wow, that is some awesome walking! I usually only get around 6,000, but I have a desk job. Have you gone to fitbit.com? If you sync your fitbit to MFP, it will automatically adjust it for you, but be aware it does not do it immediately. Once synced, you are not suppose to manually adjust MFP.0
