I always get too much sodium and carbs, but never enough of the other nutrients. My potassium is so low and I have bad leg cramps at night. Help...suggestions?

Both bananas and broccoli are great for potassium. You could try a potassium supplement or a vitamin with higher potassium. I also used to have problems with restless leg or leg cramps, my doctor upped my iron and that really helped more than the potassium. Also, since I started the Insanity program I have not had any problems with my legs, and they really used to get me up every night because they made me crazy.0

Veggies, strawberries, lentils. Check my diary, my potassium column is turned on.0

Morton makes a salt substitute that is potassium. Two birds with one stone.0
