what bread is lowest carb???

can't remember the name of that bread that is lowest carb and healthy?

    i eat a oatmeal bread only 7g carbs and 60cal a slice I would love to find one with less carbs

    I like Natures Own Double FIber Wheat Bread. I THINK 13 carbs per slice and only 50 kcals. I also Like Arnolds Sandwich Thins 22 carbs and 100 kcals per roll. I am sure there are better options maybe at health food stores but where I shop those are the better choices.

    I've tried to switch to things like pita... sometimes taco shells or egg roll wrappers-things i've never used before....except when I need a good piece of italian bread

    I don't know if it's the lowest but Genesis 1:29 bread has 11 net carbs per slice.

    I eat healthy life high fiber 100% whole wheat whole grain bread......8 grams of carbs but has 3 grams of fiber....net carbs is 5 grams per slice
