I was going to write a long story about how I was going to do P90X then I read the fitness test you need to take before doing it. I researched Tony and found Power 90. Started on Jan 2 2012 and have done it 6 days per week since then, not skippng a day. I have to say that for a person who was sedentary, sit all day at work, sit all day at home, it was easy to do. I eased into it and then really got going with it. I have gone from 294 to 255 since beginning. I eat good during the week, Sun-Thur, then eat what I want on the weekend (not binge eating). I just think it shows how getting yourself up and moving makes such a difference. You dont have to go balls out, just get off the couch and move. I would recommend Power 90 to anyone who wants to get themselves fit again. I plan to try P90X in a month or so.
