Chocolate binge- Feel so lousy about myself

Hi everyone. I'm not overweight, more like underweight according to national guidelines. I look a little on the skinny side but I'm not interested in gaining any weight.

I have a real problem with binge eating at night. Here's an example of a calorie breakdown for a total of 1600 calls a day:

8am to 12pm- 300cals
12pm to 7pm- 600cals
7pm to 9pm- 700 to 1200cals (depending on how many cals I had left after exercise is deducted)

I exceed my allowance twice a week. My weekly average is above 1600cals.

Last night, I had dinner then some plain yogurt with fruit and 0.5oz of nuts. Then 220g of chocolate. WHAT KIND OF PERSON EATS THAT MUCH CHOCOLATE IN ONE SITTING?!

Dinner amounts to about 400 to 500 calories each day (I'd eat less but I cook for my husband too. Grilled meat with veg and a carb source won't cut it for him everyday). Then I feel like I JUST WANT TO EAT CONTINUOUSLY EVEN THOUGH I'M ACTUALLY QUITE FULL. I go to bed early just so that I will stop eating.

I hate this. I feel horrible. I don't gain weight from my binge-eating now but I know that sooner or later I will.
