Hi All,
I'm looking to make some new friends. I'm 22 and I am super motivated to lose weight! I'm currently 160 (YIKES!) and I want to be 130 by October 2012, and ultimately 110 by February 2013!
Currently, I'm waking up at 5:40am every morning, jog for 45 mintutes, walk for an hour at 9am and walk for another hour after dinner!
Maybe you can share what you're doing to keep yourself fit?

Hi. Incorporating some strength training will also be a real benefit. Gives you shape and helps burn more calories even when you are doing nothing. :-) Good luck!0
