New and would like some support

I am 21 year old male. I am finishing an exchange year in England in just a few weeks. I started my little weight change when I began rowing about eight months ago. I lost probably around 30 pounds, gained alot of muscle, and have gotten into the best shape of my life so far. I would like to lose 5 more pounds to be at 180 and work on gaining more muscle. I would love to have people to share tips with and to give me motivation and to give motivation as well.
