:yawn: Why, oh, why do I always feel so much more tired on a Monday morning compared to any other day? Must be the day to come up with some extra energy building activities! No laying down on the job today! Let's all give ourselves a boost of vigor, oomph, get-up-and-go... Only a few days left before Valentine's Day! There's no time to let up now!
Yesterday I rode my bike for 30 min at a moderate pace (I know, I know - I was going to get a dvd in - just didn't happen), I drank all of my waters, and I took my vitamins & meds. I like my chart so much better on a week like this! I've just got to keep up the pace!
I hope everyone is doing well. Thinking about you all!
+++POSITIVE THOUGHTS+++!!! :flowerforyou:

Niccole I decided to try your chart system. I hope it works for me. I chose drinking 8 glasses of water, getting my yoga dvd in daily, eating slower, and doing my hour of cardio too. My question is, is this an unreasonable amount of stuff to expect to get done in one day. Thats 2 hours of exercise. But I need to do something. Even with the back issue( a torn muscle) I feel like I have come to a standstill and it is driving me nuts. I haven't lost anything in 2 weeks but I'm not gaining either. I'm going to try it for a week and see if I have any negative results from it . I'm getting really bummed out and it is hard to stay positive when I don't see anything happening so I feel like I half to do something. I'll let you know how it turns out.0

Hi ladies,
the studying on my chart is killing me! I missed three days last week. But, I made up the time in a binge session yesterday, so at least I'm still on track, but I want to budget my time and fit it in daily. I was delirious after three hours of reading this really thick book. This is no good.
I'm off for a few days starting this afternoon, but I'll probably still be logging on.
I"m going to do weight training and a yoga booty ballet (my cardio when I don't feel like cardio option) they are so silly that I couldn't do it every day, but every once in a while I just laugh at it, and burn some calories while I'm at it. I keep thinking about getting a Jane Fonda vintage video so that I can be amused while I "go for the burn". . .they're out on DVD now.
Then I'm off to pamper-land! Hooray.
Hey, I gained a pound last week (but my body fat percentage went down) so, as weird as it feels, that's a good thing. (still convincing myself of that. . . it's a hard adjustment to make):flowerforyou:0 -
Yeah for spa days!
Where do the weekends go? Anytime I think I have all this time on the weekend, it evaporates.
Yesterday I did 50 min elliptical and a short walk. This is the week I get back on track with weights! I'm going to do a resistance video today - I didn't get up early enough for the strength training class, but I will go Wednesday.
Kjllose - 20 minutes of yoga should be enough. 2 hours exercise isn't usually something people can stick to. Rodney Yee's videos are usually broken up into 20 min segments. If you have the discipline, I can create a 20 min yoga session for your needs - just send me a line.0 -
Good afternoon ladies. I did 30 minutes of a cardio video and then rode my bike for 8 miles.
Off to tackle some housework. Everyone have a great day!0 -
Ummm, did someone say brownie binge? :huh: Yup, monthly cheat. But this time I took 3/4 of the pan in to my students; can always count on college kids to eat free food! I satisfied my binge and am now on a mission to see the scale move. The measuring tape keeps shrinking, but the scale hasn't.
60 min step and 45 min on gazelle (all while watching t.v). I slept in this morning til 9:30am. I'm still sick and was exhausted from this past week. I won't get a day off til at least next tuesday either.... so slow and steady this week!0
