Help!!! Fitbit Question

Ok my fellow MFP friends, I have a quick question regarding Fitbit. I have had mine for two weeks and my question is this: Do you just log your workouts (elliptical, walking, running, etc) and erase you fitbit adjustments or do you allow MFP to take all of your calories burned from the day according to what your fitbit reads?. I'm typically a one+ pound a week loss person and this week, I've only lost .4 of a pound. One of my friends said that she doesn't log workouts anymore and just lets her Fitbit register instead. If this is the case, then I will need to eat more during the day. Any ideas which is best?

    I'm still new to fitbit- about 2 weeks. I still log in all my exercise! The fitbit will adjust on it's own. Also watch it for a week or so, you might need to up you activity level on MFP! The calorie burn get really high sometimes! As for eating more, I have not yet! Add me as a friend if you want!!
