1 week of exercise and HRM, getting fitter.

I have had a HRM from Polar an FT4, I've used it just over a week.

Some things I noticed, my heart rates are lower training and I have to work harder to burn the same calories than when I started.

Also after an hour of exercise on bike in gym at 50%-60% heart rate (Not Polar estimate but from an app on iPhone). After an hour of between 135 bmp and 150 bmp, my heart rate took a long time to come down and was erratic and would go up and down. My heart carried on like I was still exercising even 20 mins after gym session, which included running after bike.

Last night I done 30 mins on bike and I could reach 150 bmp with higher settings on bike which hurt my legs so I had to bring setting down to what I use last sunday and I was high 120's to mid 130's.

I done 15.5 mins on treadmill with last minute at a really fast pace. My peak HR was lower than weekend and after gym my heart rate came down quite quickly.

Don't forget to keep changing your current weight on your FT4 each time you log a weight loss. :)
