Thought I would be all social like and post that I have started my fat-be-gones. Biploar meds blew me up in weeks 20-30 lbs and I didn't even get to enjoy (ie eat) gaining all that weight. The time has come to get back to sexy. I am rolling into it in a big way, and have every plan of making my first goal, 175lbs. We will see after that, not sure a 6'4" should be less than that honestly but where I am at now is also not fun.
