New from SC!

Hi everyone! This is my 3rd day on FitnessPal and I have to say so far so good. There is something about logging everything you eat that makes you feel like you really have to pay attention to what you're doing. Love it. No soft drinks for me for the last 3 days...only water and a cup of coffee every morning to get me going! My biggest weakness is not wanting to do the exercise. I have to really work on that part and get out and get moving. i love to read. Looking into audio books so I can walk and listen instead of sit and read. Best of luck to everyone!!

    Welcome, I have the same issues as yourself. I have a hard time getting motivated to exercise but once I do I feel great. I am in SC as well!
