Hi Everyone! So I am fairly new to this site and am trying to lose a few pounds. I stated in an earlier post that I was taking a diet supplement called "Methyl Drive" yesterday was the third day and today I have decided to stop taking them. After my work out last night I got home and threw up what little food I had in my system. Now that I am no longer relying on that is there a better way for me to have as much energy when doing my work outs? I also would like to know what are the best machines for toning your thighs, stomach and arms.
