Just getting started on here but have been on the reworking my lifestyle road for 2 years and 2 months...
Before: 225lbs, 37inch waist, 170/80 BP Avg, 220 Cholestero 170 ldl/45hdl (March 2010)
Started working out 6 days a week and clean eating (basically 80% natural and 20% processed) Now more like 90/10.
Sept 2010: 175lbs, 31in waist, 115/60 BP, 135 cholesterol 80LDL/47HDL,
I got this app on my phone to not lose sight of having been 175 for 19 consecutive months and holding......
YOU CAN DO IT TOO.... Eat good today, move today....
