Okay so I had a VEEEEEEERY late night last night and was deperate for coffee this morning. I LOVE the McDonalds Mocha Frappe's (nutritional info: Calories 680; Fat 28; Sodium 200; Choles 80; Sugar 87) but made the wiser decision to go with the Mcdonald's - Iced Mocha Nonfat Milk, No Whip, No Chocolate Drizzle for 190Cal's; 2Fat; 125 Sodium; 5 Chol and 31 sugar!!!

Just wanted to share that - if you want feel free to share your NSV for the week...

    You go girl......I get a grilled bbq chicken snack wrap, instead of the big mac snack wrap when I am on the run -this of course has happened since I have started making WISER decisions on my food....Good luck on your journey

    Holy cow, 680 calories for that thing!? That's as many-if not more, calories then my breakfast and lunch combined, wowza. i didn't think you could put that many calories in a cup :P Sounds like you made a very wise choice and still got your coffee fix without sacrificing what you craved.

    I've got to ask though..what does NSV mean? I've seen the phrase used around the forums and for the life of me cannot figure out what it means.

    Those coffees have re-dam-dic-u-lous calories!!! Good for you!!

    Well mine was over my hubby. Even though he is doing P90X he went to the NEX and bought two packages of the individual oreos because it was a good deal. Ummmmm no. Not in this house. If you're craving oreos go buy you a pack from the convience store but I don't want that stuff easily accessible in the house. I know how he can get the late night munches and if oreos are available he will grab those cookies instead of a chobani. Plus my kids will be kids and they will grab those as well instead of a healthier choice. So I suggested he take them to work and give them to his staff and he did without argument. No protest. No nothing. *WHEW*

    NSV = non-scale victory
