I was 193 - I am now 163. Waist was 37- now it is 32.5. That is great, but I really don't wish to lose any more. I have switched my caloric intake to "maintain." I feel like I am eating all the time but (including my exercise calories) I dont always make it to my caloric goal.
Thinking about turning my caloric intake to "gain .5 per week" and focusing on muscle building but don't want to add to my body fat percentage (currently 17.5%) - specifically my waist.
Anyone have good advice on muscle building without fat building? (Books, techniques, foods, protein powders, websites, videos) Thanks!
