Soda Addiction

if anyone out there is still struggling with a soda addiction watch this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWKB_6lwcx4 I haven't been able to stomach soda since high school. I still have one root beer every few months though. :-)

    The acid in your stomach will have pretty much the same effect. As long as you practice good dental hygiene, and you aren't walking around carrying soda in your mouth like a chipmunk for hours, I'm sure you'll be fine drinking it.

    Pretty sure soda goes through our systems a little faster than 365 days. The continual influx of acid though from sodas can mess up your stomach if you have issues, or are sensitive. For the most part though, the sugars in soda are the bigger issue than the pH and the acids.

    Lemons, limes, oranges, and vinegar are all more acidic than soda, so yeah...

    Oh, and the acid in your stomach is more acidic than soda also, swallowing soda will actually raise the pH in your stomach and make your stomach less acidic.
