cayenne capsules

I am just wondering something? I have read rave reviews about taking cayenne supplement capsules. They are supposed to kick up your metabolism along with your healthy eating and diet program. I started taking these yesterday, and i will definitely say, you can feel the heat inside your body. I have always heard that cayenne and very spicy foods helps with your metabolism, but i DO NOT like spicy foods. So I am trying these to see if this will boost my efforts. Any one ever try these? Have you had success?

"along with your healthy eating and diet program", ANYTHING will kick up your metabolism.
But, more seriously, if they are inexpensive try them and see if they work for you. Don't use them to replace exercise, though.0 -

I tried them. The only thing they did for me was give me heartburn. There was no increase in weight loss. That's me though. It certainly won't hurt you, so try it and see if it works for you!0

I see it help my glucose levels, I don't know about metabolism, however, cayenne is extreamly high in Vit C and other anti-oxidants and can help protect from and even cure ulcers so it really doesn't matter about the metabolism, as long as you see no adverse effects I say go for it!0
