    I don't want to sound cheesey but the gym. Since I've been going in the morning I do feel better during the day. I mean getting up to go to the gym at 4:45 am is the hardest thing ever but when I get back, shower and eat I feel great.

    But that's just during the week. On the weekends my favorite pick me up is eating a nice breakfast and then going back to sleep.
