Do you log salt and pepper?

I have found that cucumber slices with a little salt and pepper are a tasty afternoon snack. Sometimes I also put a bit of red wine vinegar. I have been logging in the cucumber but not the salt and pepper because it is such a small amount I figured it didn't matter. But then I was thinking about it and now I am not sure if not logging it was so wise. It is a small amount each time, but I have began to eat this snack almost 3-4 times a week. So I'm sure it does all add up. Should I skip the little bit of flavor to be more accurate or does it all just end up about the same anyway.
Also, does anyone know how to wash the wax off? Safeway waxes their cucumbers to hold in the water so it wont go bad as fast, but it doesn't taste as good as the ones that are shrink wrapped. I want to save a few cents on the dollar and get the wax off, but nothing I have tried has worked.

Thanks

If you eat that snack pretty often, i'd log in the salt just in case you want to look at your sodium intake later on MFP. To get the wax off i'd try to scrub with a fruit and veggie wash.

I always just end up taking off 50% of the skin.....
