Alright people, I have been at this since october and I'm finally seeing numbers that I am happy with. I just had to share this because I have been at this for about 7 months before I saw significant changes. So, moral of the story, don't give up! Keep pushing and give your body time to change.

Height: 5'3"
24 year old Female

9/29/11 to 5/4/12

BP: 125/80 -> 110/70
Weight: 148 lbs -> 141.5
BF%: 25.2% -> 23.9%
Chest: 37" -> 36"
Upper arm R: 12.25" -> 12.25"
Upper arm L: 12" -> 12"
Abdomen (belly button): 33" -> 31"
Waist (narrowest part): 31.5" -> 30.5"
Hips: 37" -> 36"
R thigh: 23" -> 22.5"
L thigh: 23" -> 22.5"
R calf: 15.5" -> 15"
L calf: 15.5" -> 15.25"

I am pleased that my blood pressure went down, my BF% went down 1.3%, and I lost 6.75 inches in total. I am only about halfway to my goal but I am just happy to see the numbers. I don't quite see it in myself yet. I might try the before/after picture for the next round... Thanks MFP

    Thanks! I know it isn't that significant compared to some people.. I only have about 15 pounds in total to lose. I am just happy I figured out the right way to do it and not the way I lost weight about 5 years ago. I thought you had to starve yourself and do non-stop cardio. Now I lift 2 times a week and am training 3-4 times a week for a sprint triathlon!
