The Plateua ... did it break? Did it budge? Help!

So frustrated with not losing a pound since January!!! Yesterday, I went to the doctor, and they have the old-fashioned scales.... It was between 117 and 118 but not quite even in the middle (slightly leaning towards 118) ? Do I measure it as .5 lb or just leave it and don't count it? I know it's not much, but it would be the first budge in months! (ALTHOUGH I'm consistently losing inches!
