7 months on MFP!

Yesterday was my 7 month anniversary on MFP so I thought I would share my progress.
Oct. 3, 2011
Weight: 220lbs.
Measurements: hips: 51.5", waist: 44", arms: 15", bust: 46", thighs: 27".

May 3, 2012

weight: 187lbs
Measurements: hips: 44", waist: 37", arms: 12.5", bust: 40", thighs: 23"

So, here's where I am: 33 lbs lighter, 33.5" smaller, in one-derland, no longer obese, fitter, faster, firmer and fiercer!
I am 2 lbs away from being half way to my goal of 150lbs. I am looking forward to being more than halfway... It has been slow but steady. I have to admit, when I started I thought I would lose weight faster than I have but I have settled in to the idea that it doesn't really matter WHEN I hit my goal - only that I keep on a healthy track. So, my plan for the next seven months? Keep logging, keep exercising, keep noticing how good it feels - and keep letting the "losers" on MFP inspire and challenge me everyday!

    That is some fantastic work! I bet it really motivates you to keep going. Keep doing what you are doing to get those results!
